For Canon Printers
1) Print a document as you normally would, selecting the desired Secure Print queue
2) Once Print has been pressed, a window will pop up requesting to Confirm PIN;
Select a User Name, for example Rob D Secure, and a PIN that is between 1 and 7 characters
3) Press OK and your job will be waiting on the printer to release.
* This window will only come up the first time you send a job to a Secure Print queue, however the User Name and PIN can be changed later if required.
For Fuji Printers
1) Right click on the Start button, then select Settings from the menu
2) Select Bluetooth & devices, then View more devices
3) Scroll to the bottom of the page, then select More devices and printer settings
4) Select the printer you wish to enable Secure printing, then right click and select Printer properties
5) In the Properties window, click Preferences
6) The next step is dependant on Printer Manufacturer
a) In the Printing Pretences window, click on the Job Type dropdown and select Secure Print.
b) Click on Setup...
c) The default User ID and Passcode are 1234, please adjust the User ID to your name and for Passcode put in a 4 digit number of your choice.
7) Ok out of all windows, the printer is now setup.
