ChatGPT - System User Guide

Introduction

ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot that uses natural language processing to create humanlike conversational dialogue. The language model can respond to questions and compose various written content, including articles, social media posts, essays, code and emails.

This platform will enable enhanced collaboration and functionality tailored to support your work.


How to set up your new ChatGPT Infinite Care workspace account

 

1. Open the invite - look for an email with the subject ending "..has invited you to ChatGPT Team"
   
   
2. Accept the invite - click on the Join workspace link in the email to begin the signup process
   
   
    
3. Create your account - click Log in
   
   

NOTE that ChatGPT uses SSO to sign in meaning you just need to enter your Microsoft credentials.

(a)  Enter your work email address on the Login or sign up page, press Continue

(b)  Enter your work email address in the Microsoft screen when prompted, click Next

(c) Select InfiniteAgedCare





Note: if you receive the warning Too many signups from the same IP you will need to wait 60 minutes before attempting again. May occur in an office environment where multiple staff are signing up simultaneously.

1. Click through the various welcome screens.
   
   
   
   
    
2. Enable MFA
   
   - navigate to your account settings by clicking on your profile icon top-right, then Settings
   
   
   
   - click on Security and then Enable
   
   
   
   - follow the instructions to link your account with an MFA app, such as Microsoft Authenticator
   
   - complete the setup by entering the verification code provided by the MFA app
   
   - you'll be presented with a recovery code, record this somewhere safe
   
   
   
   - once completed, your MFA will show as Enabled
   
   
    
3. Bookmark https://chatgpt.com/ ready to use the chatbot as part of your workday!

I'm unable to log into the Infinite Care ChatGPT Workspace

Some users have their own active personal ChatGPT accounts and may have been accessing them from work devices. The browser may also be configured to save the credentials against the personal account. As a result, users may not be able to successfully process the email invitation to the Infinite Care ChatGPT workspace. To work around this, follow the steps below:

1. Copy the link from the invite email:
   
   
    
2. In Edge, open a new InPrivate window:
   
   
    
3. Paste the link into the new InPrivate tab and hit enter. Click Log in or Sign up
   
   Then proceed with the rest of the account setup from Step 3 in the instructions above.
   
   

My ChatGPT dashboard looks completely different to other peoples'

When you visit the main ChatGPT website, your primary dashboard view will load. Depending on your settings this may look different to other peoples' views and configurations.
