NOTE: Single Sign-On (SSO) is used on PCs. The mobile app does not support SSO, so staff who use the Ausmed mobile app need to reset and use a password.
Always ensure that you use your work email address when signing in.
For existing staff, some tips for signing in are set out below:
Computer Sign In
Option A: On a work computer - the quickest way to navigate to Ausmed, is via the Intranet Staff Login.
- On the Infinite Web Page - click STAFF LOGIN
- This will take you to the Intranet - click Ausmed Training
- This will use your Microsoft Credentials to allow you to sign into the platform
Option B: On a personal computer - the quickest way to access Ausmed is via the Ausmed login page (https://www.ausmed.com.au/sign-in).
On the Ausmed sign-in page (https://www.ausmed.com.au/sign-in), enter your work email address.
- You will then be redirected to the Infin8 Microsoft 365 sign-in page. Enter your work email address again, followed by your password.
- Complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using either the Microsoft Authenticator app or SMS verification, if prompted.
Mobile App - Forgot Password?
If you are using the mobile app, you will need to set up a separate login password the first time you use it, as the app does not support Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Click Forgot login details? link on the app
- Enter your work email address and press Get a Reset Password Link.
- This will send you an email from "Ausmed" with a button to click to Reset Ausmed Password.
- This will take you to a page where you have the option to enter a new password. Click Update password.
- You will now be able to sign into the App using your work email and this new password.
